What are your payment terms for your design services?
I require a 50% deposit upfront to secure your project, with the remaining 50% due upon completion, just before I send you the final artwork files. I ask that the payments are made within 10 days of invoicing to keep the project moving smoothly. What file formats will I receive upon project completion?
I typically deliver final files in the following formats, depending on the project:
For logos and graphics: You will receive files in vector format (e.g., AI, EPS, or SVG), which are scalable without losing quality. Additionally, I’ll provide raster versions like PNG (transparent background) and JPEG for web use.
For print designs: Files will be delivered in high-resolution PDF format, suitable for professional printing. If needed, I can also supply other formats such as TIFF or JPEG.

Will I be able to update the site myself?

What happens if I need support after the site is live? How much does this cost?
