How much will my project cost?

My pricing varies depending on the specifics of each project. Since no two jobs are exactly the same, I tailor my quotes to fit your individual needs—whether it’s a brand identity, website design, or print materials. To give you an accurate estimate, I’d be happy to discuss the details of your project and provide a custom quote that works for you.

How many revisions will I get?

I typically offer 2-3 rounds of revisions, depending on the scope of the project. This allows us to fine-tune the design and make sure it’s exactly what you’re looking for. Of course, if we need additional tweaks beyond that, we can discuss options to ensure you’re fully satisfied with the final result.

How do I write a brief?

To ensure we start off on the right foot, I’ve created two brief guides—one for web design and another for graphic design, print, and related projects—for you to fill out. These will help clarify your project needs and preferences, allowing us to align our vision and make the most of our work together. How do you handle feedback and revisions?

How do you handle website maintenance and updates?

I offer flexible options for website maintenance, depending on your needs. After your site goes live, I can either provide ongoing maintenance services to keep everything updated and running smoothly or guide you on how to handle basic updates yourself if you prefer.

For ongoing maintenance, I typically cover:

Regular updates to WordPress, plugins, and themes to ensure security and performance.

Backups and security monitoring to safeguard your site from potential issues.

Bug fixes and troubleshooting if any problems arise.

Content updates if you need new pages, images, or text changes.

If you’d rather manage your own updates, I can give you the tools and knowledge to do so, along with advice on best practices. Either way, I’m here to support you as your site evolves.

How long will my project take?

The timeline for each project depends on its complexity and your specific needs. Smaller projects like art-working, or print design typically take less time, while larger projects like website design or full brand identities may require more. Once we’ve discussed your goals and the scope of work, I can give you a clearer idea of the expected timeframe. My focus is to deliver high quality work on schedule, while keeping communication open throughout the process.

What are your payment terms?

I require a 50% deposit upfront to secure your project, with the remaining 50% due upon completion, just before I send you the final artwork files. I ask that the payments are made within 10 days of invoicing to keep the project moving smoothly. This structure ensures both parties are committed and helps maintain a clear timeline throughout the design process. For more detailed information, please refer to my

What file formats will I receive upon project completion?

I typically deliver final files in the following formats, depending on the project:

For logos and graphics: You will receive files in vector format (e.g., AI, EPS, or SVG), which are scalable without losing quality. Additionally, I’ll provide raster versions like PNG (transparent background) and JPEG for web use.

For print designs: Files will be delivered in high-resolution PDF format, suitable for professional printing. If needed, I can also supply other formats such as TIFF or JPEG.

For web design projects: You’ll receive optimised web formats like HTML/CSS files, along with any necessary images in JPEG, PNG, or SVG formats.

Will my website be mobile-friendly and responsive?

Yes, absolutely! All websites I design are mobile-friendly and fully responsive, meaning they will look great and function well on any device, whether it’s a phone, tablet, or desktop. I ensure that the layout adapts seamlessly to different screen sizes, providing an optimal user experience no matter how your visitors access your site.

If you have specific requirements for mobile functionality or design, we can discuss those as well to ensure everything works perfectly for your audience.

What platform or content management system (CMS) do you recommend?

I primarily work with WordPress, which is a great platform for most projects. It’s highly flexible, scalable, and user-friendly, making it easy for you to update content, manage the site, and add new features as your business grows. WordPress also offers excellent SEO capabilities and a vast library of plugins, which allows for extensive customisation without needing to code from scratch.

If you’re familiar with WordPress, it will be easy for you to maintain and update the site, but I’ll also make sure you’re comfortable with the system before the project is completed.

Will I be able to update the site myself?

Yes, absolutely! I build WordPress websites with ease of use in mind, so you’ll be able to update and manage your site yourself without needing any technical expertise. After the project is completed, I can provide guidance or a brief tutorial on how to update content, images, and other elements as needed. WordPress has an intuitive admin panel that makes it easy for you to handle routine updates, and if you need any help down the road, I’m always available for support.

What happens if I need support after the site is live? How much does this cost?

The cost of website maintenance depends on the level of support you need. I offer two common options:

Pay-as-you-go: For occasional updates or fixes, I charge an hourly rate. This is ideal if you only need updates every now and then.

Monthly maintenance plan: For more regular support, I offer a monthly package that covers updates, backups, security monitoring, and minor content changes. These plans vary based on the complexity of your site and the level of ongoing support required.
